Consulting Project – Leading Private Bank

Contracted by a leading private bank to independently analyse the challenges and opportunities it faced in relation to its private banking activities. Examined Bank's performance and compiled recommendations across strategic, human resource, client management and marketing dimensions. Download>

Contracted to the EU funded project, "Strengthening Priority Areas of Vocational Training in Yemen (SPAVT)" to develop a feasible operational concept for the National Hotel and Tourism Institute (NAHOTI). Download>

Consulting Project – Tourism Organisation Restructure

HTC defined and led an organisational change programme for a leading Irish Tourism Association, assisting it to more effectively operate in a rapidly changing market environment. Download>

Mystery Guest Survey

Higher National Diploma in Hospitality Management Programme

HTC Consulting has developed an industry-based higher national diploma in hospitality management. Accredited by the Edexcel Foundation in the UK, a leading awarding body, the programme is delivered in-company and an outline of the content is provided. Download>

Working with Tourism SME’s

HTC Consulting has assisted a number of rural development associations in developing the business capacity of SME’s within their region. A sample marketing guide produced by HTC to assist SME’s is attached. Download>

National Standards of Performance for the Hotel Industry

HTC Consulting was contracted by Failte Ireland, Ireland’s State Agency for Tourism Development, to develop the content for national management and operational standards for the hotel industry. A sample of one of the proprietary standards developed is provided. Download>
