In other words, we will never propose solutions to you that are not genuinely necessary and beneficial to your business. We do not put short term financial gain ahead of our long term relationship with you.

Commitment

To demonstrate our commitment to becoming your business partner, we are prepared to invest in our relationship with you by offering an initial business diagnostic on a no satisfaction, no fee basis. The Business Health Check involves a five day analysis of your business across the six key business dimensions, with a presentation of findings and recommendations at the end of the analysis. If you are happy with our proposals following the health check, we will then work together with you to develop concrete action plans for the future. If you are not satisfied, then you are under no obligation to continue to work with us, and there will be no consulting fees charged. We are prepared to make this upfront investment of our time, effort and expertise to gain your trust and respect and to demonstrate our capabilities to you. We take the initial risk, so that you don’t have to!

Personal Contact

Personal contact is an important part of any successful relationship and the consultant who undertakes the initial Business Health Check will become your lead consultant and central point of contact. This ensures that you continuously interact with the same person - who knows and understands your business.

Feedback and Performance Reviews

You will have many opportunities to provide feedback to us on our performance - after each intervention, on a monthly and annual basis. This will ensure that you remain at all times in full control of how our relationship develops.
