Director

Enda Larkin is Director of HTC Consulting, a Geneva based consulting firm delivering integrated business solutions to the European and international hospitality and tourism industry. Prior to establishing HTC in 1994, Enda Larkin has worked extensively in the hotel industry in Ireland, the UK and the US, and has also been an advisor with the Irish government agency for tourism development. Since 1994, he has led many diverse projects in hospitality and tourism throughout Europe and the Middle East.

His areas of particular expertise include:

• Strategic and operational review and analysis
• Product quality evaluation and service improvement solutions
• Implementation of best practice HR policies and procedures
• Executive management and employee coaching and development
• Performance management systems; design and implementation
• Team building: facilitating team development workshops and provision of on-going consultancy/training support.

Enda Larkin holds a Higher Diploma in Hotel & Catering Management from the Dublin College of Catering, a B.Sc in Management from Trinity College, Dublin and an International MBA at ESCP-EAP, the European School of Management in Paris.
