Business Health Check

The Business Health Check is a detailed assessment of the current position of your business against key performance indicators, in the six critical business dimensions shown to the right.

The Business Health Check is conducted by an experienced hospitality professional and takes place over a five day period. Results are presented to senior management team on the fifth day.

The Business Health Check:

• Provides you with a no risk, no obligation opportunity to 'test' us . If you are not pleased with the results, you do not pay any consulting fees for this diagnostic.

• Enables us to get to know your business, and helps us in developing a holistic approach to defining your consulting needs.

• Offers a multi-dimensional analysis of the issues within your business, which will serve as a tool to guide the relationship between us.
