AIM Initiative

The AIM Initiative (Analyze, Implement and Measure) is a 'partnership package' which has a number of goals:

  • We become your "Business Partner", working with you throughout the year to build and develop your business.
  • We take a holistic view of your operation, as opposed to focusing on one area/aspect of the organization.
  • We develop a long term relationship with you, so that we can add real value to your business

A Sample package of measures within the AIM Initiative, based on 25 days is detailed below. The number of days and configuration can of course change to meet your needs:

A five day, in-company diagnostic of current business performance across six dimensions to determine strengths and weaknesses.

Presentation of findings to senior management team and setting of benchmarks against which to track future performance.

Twice yearly 'specialist' support to improve performance across the six dimensions, based on the results of the diagnostic:

Configuration of days can be adjusted to devote more time to a particular dimension if needed. Support is offered by a specialist in each particular discipline.

  • Management Teambuilding - 1 day
  • Staff Training - 2 days. Content to be determined annually.
  • Introduction and Implementation of newly developed system for managing 'On the Job' skills training - 2days.

5 Days

Measure

Customer feedback Measurement
  • Annual Mystery Guest survey, with comprehensive management report, per annum - 1 day
  • Annual feedback survey of Hotel's Top five key clients - 2 days

2 Days

Annual Review of Progress
  • Review meeting with senior management team to measure progress across the six business dimensions against the benchmarks established at the start of the year.
